Rules and regulations of the institute

 

  • Fees are payable in advance, fees and other charges once paid by the candidate are not refundable in full or in part on any account whatsoever.
  • cheques are not accepted. only bank draft/IPO made payable in the favour of Shyama Multipurpose education centre, (Society) drawn at SBI Jassur will be accepted on exceptional cases. Maximum payment will be made through cash only.
  • All fees has to be paid within the stipulated period, failing which fine shall have to be paid on very long delayed payments, admissions can be cancelled.
  • The discipline of institute is to be strictly observed. for breach of discipline a student may be fined or expelled from the institute. No refund of fess will be entertained.
  • Any harsh or insulting language used in the office or written on the letter may effect the continuity of the training.
  • if a student fails to take examination for one and the other reason, the institute will not entertain any claim for the refund of the fee.
  • In all matters the decision of the principal will be final.
  • Any dispute rising out of their transactions will subject to Nurpur Jurisdiction only.
  • Students are not permitted to process such books which excite basic instincts.
  • Institute will not be responsible for delay of postponement of the examination by Examination body.
  • The parents/Guardian Should sign. Application.
  • regular and punctual attendance is compulsory at class 80% in theory and 100% in practical attendance is essential to be eligible to appear in the examination.
  • students will not allowed to entertain their parents/guardians/relations/friends during college hours.

Rules and regulations for Hostels

 

  • Student should Cooperative in the upkeep of the Nurses Hostel and its surroundings.
  • Rooms should be kept clean and tidy :- Students are fully responsible for furniture supplied to them.
  • Cupboard/Boxes should be properly locked. Jewellery and expensive items are not permitted in the rooms.
  • The warden makes allotment of rooms but change can be made on request.
  • Water in the Hostel is available for 24 hours but wastage and carelessness will render the student to disciplinary action.
  • Parents are not permitted in rooms.
  • Failure to return in time will be dealt with seriously and strictly for white parents are requested to Co-operate.
  • In sickness, student should report to the class teacher in teaching hours and in the hostel to the warden.
  • Parents are requested to come and check the progress of the student from the class teachers on any Saturday.
  • Parents should visit the student on Sunday from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon & 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. in visitor’s room Similarly 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. in summer, 3.00 p.m.to 05.00 p.m. in winter on week days. 11.
  • Training can be discontinued in case of misconduct.
  • Food shall be provided on dining table.
  • Fair photographs of 4 relatives who can visit student in the Hostel, two photographs of male relatives who may in case of emergency visit the day scholar during college hours.
  • Principal and Director are fully authorised to change the rules and regulations of the Hostel at any time in future.
  • Selected candidates have to reside in the Hostel during the training period and no relaxation shall be granted to live outside the hostel in any case.
  • Selected candidates shall abide by the hostel rules, failing which she shall be liable to be dismissed from the hostel without any notice.
  • Break of discipline or apprehensible conduct will lead to expel from the hostel.
  • No mobiles are allowed in the hostel . Any student found with mobiles can be fined, expelled from the institute.
